What we can work on
You might be coming to therapy with something specific, or just a sense that something doesn’t feel quite right.
Perhaps you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in certain patterns, or struggling to make sense of what’s going on internally.
Some of the areas I commonly support clients with include:
-
Anxiety and overthinking
-
Stress and feeling overwhelmed
-
OCD and intrusive thoughts
-
Low mood and depression
-
Relationship difficulties
-
Loss and bereavement
-
Self-esteem and self-criticism
-
The impact of past experiences or abuse
-
Life changes and transitions
-
Feeling stuck, lost, or unsure of direction
If what you’re experiencing isn’t listed here, that’s completely okay — therapy isn’t limited to a set of categories.

Whatever brings you, we can take the time to explore it together and begin to make sense of what’s happening in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.
A little more about me

Because the relationship between therapist and client is so important, it can help to have a sense of who you might be working with.

Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked in learning and development, where I supported people through challenges, change, and personal growth. This experience shaped how I work today — with a focus on understanding each person as an individual and adapting the process to suit them.

I have a particular interest in anxiety and OCD, shaped by over 30 years of lived experience. This brings a depth of empathy and understanding to my work, while keeping the focus firmly on your own experience and what matters most to you.

Outside of my work, I find balance in walking, hiking, gardening, running, and cycling. Spending time in nature is an important part of how I reset and reflect, and it’s something I often encourage clients to explore in their own way.
